Imaginary Chef was born and raised in the beautiful city of New Orleans where she always dreamed of becoming a world renowned chef! With over 10 years of experience, cooking for a very exclusive clientele, she decided it was time to share her love for cooking with the world. Realizing her clients loving bite, after bite, after bite, her business name was born... New Orleans Baby Bitez. Imaginary Chef was inspired by "the city" favorite sandwich called "the poboy" which is why she selected these delicious items to fill her menu. These traditional sandwiches from Louisiana are served on New Orleans French bread known for their crispy crust, fluffy center, and overstuffed fillings, such as, Shrimp, catfish, hot sausage... you name it! Imaginary Chef is especially proud of her signature items such as the BooCoo BBQ Shrimp Poboy, Dab Of Dat cajun Seasoning, and Voodoo brownies! She believes food should be fun and finds inventive ways to make every meal enjoyable.
